Bowdil Chisel
We use forged steel, giving you a durable, reliable base. All our chisels have drawn back ends, which support the hardest of hammer strikes. The tips are sharpened to a fine, sharp point. Chisels come in lengths of 8, 10 & 12"

We start with a fiberglass shaft, which has excellent dielectric properties. One end has a point made from hardened steel; the other has a pry blade also made from hardened steel. Our roof sounding bars come in a variety of lengths up to 240". Bars 36" and longer come with a nylon strap for easy carrying.

Bowdil Miners Pick
Our picks are built to last with a 3lb head made from forged alloy steel and a sturdy wood handle. The head is fixed to the handle with a wood wedge and spiral pin. Pick points are sold separately for easy replacement. Replacement parts are available.
